Bock Realty, LLC continues to place Kershaw County homeowners into quality constructed homes by Bock Construction, Inc. However, in addition to the family partnership, Bock Realty, LLC also provides real estate expertise for both buyers and sellers of existing homes as well.

Bock Realty, LLC expanded with solid growth as it recently assumed the role of community builder in addition to its distinguished history as a home builder. The advent of this new role came about with introduction of the Southern Oaks community, which quickly became the premier new neighborhood in the Camden area.

The successful construction company is led by its sole owner, Randy Bock. His 2 Sons Randall Jr. and Ryan have been full time in the Family Business since graduating High School. Randy’s efforts were recognized by the local community as a loyal and committed builder who effortlessly continues to build quality custom homes for today that will endure for generations to come.

Randy’s wife, Christine Bock, is the exclusive Realtor for Southern Oaks and now South Haven.
