After the successful launch and continued growth of Southern Oaks, Bock Construction, Inc. and Bock Realty, LLC acquired the Black River Place neighborhood just next door and renamed it to South Haven. While South Haven connects with Southern Oaks, it still offers its own charm.
Located also just on the edge of the Camden, SC city limits, South Haven provides quick and easy access to I-20, U.S. Highway 521, and U.S. Highway 1. A different kind of southern charm exists in South Haven. Only a visit to the neighborhood will expose the unique character, but there are plenty of floor plans and large lots to choose from.

As mentioned previously, lots in South Haven place are a little bit larger. Choose a floorplan that takes advantage of the extra room for floor space, or select a plan that provides a larger outdoor space. South Haven Location
The entrance to South Haven is located on Black River Rd. just inside the city limits of Camden, South Carolina. Black River Rd. can be easily accessed from Hwy. 521. If you are coming up from the south side of Camden (this includes getting off Exit 98 of I-20), then Black River Rd. will be on your right-hand side just by the Black River Shell station. If you are coming out of downtown Camden, the road will be on your left-hand side.
